Though much better than using oats for granola, I question whether or not it still holds some of the qualities of the rye grain after so much processing (purgative qualities, fiber, nutrients, etc)
Flakes do not properly cook when used inside of a baked product, pancakes, etc.
Also the porridge recipe provided on the packaging makes for a truly strange breakfast.
Good product, though unsure if truly more beneficial than old-fashioned oats, unless you have coeliac's, then they're great.
