I love Ella's products. I have one of these soaps at every sink.
Yes, the dispenser takes a little practice. I have to warn guests not to be too enthusiastic with the hand washing since it is a thinner consistency. Everyone who uses the soap loves the smell. It really works well and leaves my hands feeling clean without any residue. The only thing? I wish it were a bit more moisturizing.
