EpiCeram Skin Barrier Emulsion

EpiCeram Skin Barrier Emulsion is a new steroid-free medical device cream. What makes it different is that it delivers a healthy dose of ceramides (which are some of the building blocks of the skin) as well as cholesterol and free fatty acids, which the skin also needs.

For patients who have mild to moderate atopic dermatitis, EpiCeram can be an effective alternative to topical corticosteroids. For patients with more severe atopic dermatitis, it can be combined with a mild- or midpotency topical corticosteroid.
