Uses
For temporary relief of coughs due to colds.
Dosage/Directions for use
For External Use: Rub gently on chest. For Inhalation: Place 1 teaspoonful (5 mL) in 500 mL of boiling water and inhale vapours.
Precautions
Do not use if security seal is broken. Keep out of reach of children. Not recommended for oral use.

Great product. This size is a much better deal to by this rather than the 10 ml one. I use it a lot.
.... I use it diluted in plain water in a spray bottle for the sauna;
.... I use a drop on the neck and base of the tail for my dog as it deters fleas and other bugs;
...I put a drop in every corner of the basement to deter spiders (& haven't seen one in 2 years down there|)
....When I shampoo the carpets or upholstery, I put a couple of drops in with the stuff that comes with the shampooer and that also may be conbtributing to having less creepy crawlies in the basement.
....Using a drop or 2 in a humidifier will help with colds and congestion.
....I will also bring a spray bottle in the car with a couple drops of eucalyptus oil in it as I find it refreshes me on a long trip
