These are a good sturdy set of cutters. I use them to cut pastry to fit into tart pans. To make toast cups, use a size just larger than your muffin tin, cut into a slice of bread, gently insert in muffin cup, bake until toasty. Fill with sandwich fillings or anything. Cut the left over dough from making biscuits with the smallest cutter, season with herbs, bake until golden brown, voila.. croutons. Cut bread with biggest cutter that fits, make sandwiches for your grandchildren. Everything tastes better when it looks good. (Save leftover crusts for bread pudding or bread crumbs)
