Hair, Skin & Nails is specially formulated to help maintain healthy skin and repair brittle nails.
Suggested Usage: Adults – take 2 capsules daily with food, a few hours before or after taking other medications. Avoid taking at bedtime. Consult a health care practitioner for use beyond 9 months.
Medical Ingredients: MSM, Vitamin C, Alpha-Lipoic Acid, L-Isoleucine, Calcium, Niacin, Pantothenic Acid, Vitamin B6, L-Leucine, L-Valine, Silicon, Zinc, Thiamine, Riboflavin, Riboflavin, Biotin, Folate, Vitamin A, Vitamin B12, Vitamin D.
Non-Medical Ingredients: Vegetable capsule (cellulose, water), microcrystalline cellulose and vegetable grade magnesium stearate.
Caution: Do not take this product if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. If you have diabetes, a pre-existing medical condition, or are taking prescription medications, consult a health care practitioner prior to use. Zinc supplementation can cause copper deficiency. Some people may experience mild gastrointestinal bloating, constipation or indigestion. People sensitive to nicotinic acid may experience flushing of the skin that is generally mild and transient.
This product does not contain dairy, egg, gluten, artificial colours and flavours.

I have purchased this product based on its content of hyaluronic acid. I have just received the product and there is nowhere to find on the bottle the 50 mg Hyaluronic acid they advertized on this website. Quite strange...Anyway i will take if for one month and see the results.

My doctor prescribed me with antibiotics to help control my adult acne but I didn't want to rely on antibiotics just to have a clear complexion. It has made such a difference with my skin, hair and nails! I love this product! My face isn't as oily and I don't have to use Proactiv products anymore. Definitely recommend to people that cannot control their acne with even the harshest of facial cleansers.

It took about 6 months of taking this pruduct to notice a real change but it was worth it - stronger nails with no splitting and definately less hair loss. I am sticking with it, highly recommend it.

Effective supplements! My skin is soft and not as dry. It could be a result of a combination of regimens but I think it's mostly because of these supplements. My nails are stronger and my hair is not breaking as much as it used to.
I've always liked the idea of one supplement for everything like a multivitamin. I don't have to take separate supplements for skin and separate for hair & nails. Would recommend this to people.
