Well, it is obviously a very good product since it is sturdier and more comfortable than the competition. However, where the metal touches the material needs reinforcement, since the metal cuts through the cloth/material with time. But, please keep the metal and NEVER replace it with hard-plastic. That is a No,no ... Gracias for a good product and Hasta La Vista !
