I am suffering from the initial stages of carpal tunnel in my left hand. Of concern is the thumb especially at the base in the "pad" area. I get an ache that extends from my pad area at the base of the thumb up to the joint in my thumb.
My doctor recommended a night splint and those at the drug stores in my town didn't seem to suit me. I took a bit of a gamble as I do very little on line shopping but I must say that I am delighted with the Futuro I bought. Initially I thought it would be a little cumbersome but after only one night I was sold. It is easy to get used to and infinitely adjustable. I would recommend it to anyone with a similar problem.
