I agree with the previous reviewer that it takes a while to get used to the taste, but it is great for travel! I recently purchased this to take on vacation to Cuba with me. I never felt dehydrated and did not need it for the anti diarrhea properties. I also drink this if I have had too much to drink....it helps ward off (or cure) and hangover!

This product is great when you need something quick to rehydrate your body. It takes a bit to get used to the salty taste, but it's definitely better than the citrus option (from the same brand).
