I have been buying your wrap for so many years but the new packaging you changed the cutter to the top, please change it back to the bottom. It is so hard to tear when it's on the top, I have always liked this wrap it holds better then any other I have used but I waste way too much now, I have been looking for some other plactic wrap because of this. Thank you for taking the time to read this.

They should change the location of the cutting edge back to the bottom of the box. Product is useless right now. Longtime user; will not buy it again!!

I really need to tell the people who design the dispensing box of the glad wrap to please put the ripping strip {or whatever you call it} back on the bottom of the box!!!!!! I am frustrated! My daughter is frustrated with this as well. We both really like the product very much and have considered looking for a brand with the more user friendly dispensing option. You know the phrase "Don't fix what isn't broken". Ha, Ha! Thank-you for listening and I really do hope the change takes place, as this would make wrapping much less challenging.

They changed the location of the cutting blade from the bottom of the box to the lid. This is useless. Now, you pull the oh-so-clingy wrap towards you and onto itself and this is just NOT convenient. It bunches, makes you pull more from the box (sneaky way to get you to run out faster), it picks up any foreign objects like fluff or hair as it races towards your clothes and makes covering a bowl in one fell swoop a virtual impossibility without having to wrestle it back into some useful shape.
This change made a good product bad. Retrieved the old box design from my recycling bin and will not buy the new one again; just will fill it with another cling film.
