I am still in the learning process of being a vegetarian and this product is a definite asset. I simmered it with vegetable bouillion and it was delicious (not to mention the excellent nutrition factor)! I will be trying it again in my next pot of soup as well.

OMG. I found the perfect solution for a healthy soup! Love it. I cooked it with goBIO bouillon cubes and is soooo delicious. You must try it!
