I always like to have Gravol on hand to use when it is needed. No one likes to be sick, so this is what I give my family. A few years ago, we went on a cruise and the Gravol went with me. It helped with nausea.

Gravol tablets are a good relief for me, as I have a hiatus hernia which can cause my stomach to back up when I might eat somewhat more than I should. With this condition, it is difficult to know exactly how much I eat with ease, so I keep Gravol handy to keep my stomach contents where they should be - in my stomach.
