The cap was loose so there was some leakage. Luckily it was placed in a plastic bag. Otherwise, I like this green product.

I thought I'd try out a green laundry product and while I find I can use less than the recommended amount with other detergents, when I did that with this detergent, my clothes still came out smelly (i.e. chlorine from bathing suits). It was gross and will never do it again with this product. When I used the recommended amount, I didn't find that there was a good smell, just neutral. I think this is the last time I will buy this brand of "green" laundry detergent again!
