This product is good but it does seem like it leaves a bit of an after taste. Not sure what it is.
Grove Square products are really great, and this hot chocolate does not disappoint. It is the perfect combination of mint and chocolate. I'm a huge fan of peppermint hot chocolate from Starbuck's and I find that this is a perfect "at home" comparison.
I really enjoy the taste of this hot chocolate, with just enough mint to taste it without compromising the taste of the hot chocolate itself.
The reason I only rated it as a 4/5 is that I wish the ingredients were more natural.
Would I buy this again? Yes, but I only have it for the occasional treat because of the ingredients.
I really enjoy this mint hot chocolate. It is creamy and chocolately, with a hint of mint that isn't too overpowering, great with a little added cream (I use coffee cream). The reason I gave it four instead of five stars is because I've found that, much like the french vanilla cappuccino, and original hot chocolate, the cups can be inconsistent in their contents. I ordered two boxes of the mint hot chocolate and have not yet finished the first box. Out of about 12 cups made so far, one or two, have been more watery - as if there had been less hot chocolate mix in the k-cup. Overall I enjoy this hot chocolate and will buy it again - when it's on sale (as then I don't feel quite so bothered by the few inconsistent cups).
very tasty, nice and smooth, i recommend it to anyone who likes chocolate. a soft mint taste that still allows for the chocolate to be tasted the same time. almost like a mint aero bar.
