GUM refills have bristles with a patented Chlorhexidine antibacterial coating for continuous bristle protection during the recommended life of the brush. Bacterial growth that may affect the bristles is inhibited. The Chlorhexidine in the bristles does not protect you against disease. As always, rinse your interdental brush.

I bought these thinking they were the same as I'd bought before from a store (assuming they came in one size only) and they are way too small and totally useless. Please stock the wide size!

I was very dissapointed in this product. Althouigh it was described as narrow, I did not think they would be that small. I have bought these before at the store and they were larger and at least you could clean between your teeth. These are almost useless. Maybe they are meant for children?
