Preferred the taste of this shot over all the others. Great tasking and after taking it at the first sign of a sore throat or sniffles for over 2 years now, I have not been sick!

Had a bad bought of being sick for a few weeks, partly due to being over-trained. Had tried these before and couldn't get my hands on them for a while but once I did they really did help get over the cold a lot faster. Now, if I find something coming on I'll mix one in a smoothie or take it before bed and it does a good job of boosting my immune system.

Ahh, what a yummy way to build the immunity! And it is packed with ingredients to do just that. But, even if the list was not so impressive, I would still have purchased this for the elderberry and olive leaf combo, both known to be wonderful for keeping colds/flu at bay. This is got to be the most comprehensive collection of immune building things in one small daily drink. I bought one set for me, and one for my husband. I took mine at lunch time, and he took his before bedtime. We both have been surrounded by sniffling and coughing people, but we did not get sick. For the record, we also take 5000 IU of vit.D3 a day, and a really cool way to get that is with the D-drops, a Canadian made product also sold on Well.ca.
