I don't understand. I love head and shoulders products, but for some reason this shampoo doesn't work for me at all. I wanted very badly to like this shampoo as I've read many reviews saying it works wonders. However, my dandruff issue is very minor. I dye my hair occasionally, which leaves my scalp dry. This shampoo doesn't do anything for me. Every time I shampoo with it, I still have dandruff only this time, my hair smells horrible because of the shampoo.
Like I said, I tried very hard to enjoy this shampoo. I gave it two weeks of usage before I decided I'd make a final judgement on it. I think I'll go back to the regular head and shoulders shampoos, as those are the only ones that have ever done anything for me.

Works very well for scalp psoriasis; helps prevent flaking and itching. Leaves hair soft and shiny and does not affect coloured hair.

I find it works very well if you have scalp psoriasis. I don't know why but it does.
