i think only Black Cohosh really works. Primrose Oil is just a placebo. So I would be better off buying just Black Cohosh separately.
BUT this is a very IMPORTANT NOTE - one should be really carefull taking the other drugs prescribed by doctor together with this remedy. When i combined it with a diuretic Hydrochlorotiazide - I've got an unusual side effect, disorder of taste perception - all food and drinks tasted bitter to me. It was so unpleasant to eat! I discontinued that diuretic after 9 days of taking, but continue Black Cohosh. And now i feel good. But i am not sure what cuases me feel good - this kit or diuretic.
So my conclusion - don't take doctor's prescribed pharmaceutical drugs together with this to avoid unwanted interaction and to know for sure what helps you.

Hello, My hot flashes and mood swings were so bad. I was getting hot flashes every 15 minutes and let's not even talk about the night sweats. They were so bad that I could not sleep more than 1 hour a night. One of my friends in Mississauga told me about this product. You will see a little difference in 1 month however the huge difference was very apparent after approx. 2-3 months of usage. This kit is fantastic. It really does work but you need to give it time. These products changed my life and I am a happier person.
