shipping and delivery was superb, but this product broke the same day I received it. The light works but the massager doesn't work unless you shake it a fair bit. Even tried changing the batteries to be safe and that didn't help either.

Not the strongest massager and it's still hard to reach some areas myself but I use it almost every day.
