Directions: Adults: Take 1 teaspoonful (2.5g) twice a day diluted in a glass of warm water, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner. To be taken before meals, and a few hours before or after taking other medications.

Medicinal Ingredients: Each teaspoonful (2.5g) contains: Calcium (calcium citrate) 160 mg, Potassium (potassium citrate) 49.7 mg, Magnesium (magnesium citrate) 36 mg, Manganese (manganese citrate) 0.3 mg.

Non medicinal ingredients: Maltodextrin, Sodium citrate dihydrate, Tricalcium phosphate.

Warnings: Do not use if seal is broken. Keep out of reach of children. For Adults only. Keep in a dry place and at room temperature. Once opened, use within 6 months.
