Suggested Use: Children 0 to 9 years of age: take 15 drops, 3 times daily and reduce intake with improvement. In acute phase only: take 15 drops every 15 minutes up to 4 times and reduce intake with improvement or as directed by a healthcare practitioner. To be taken away from meals.
Medicinal ingredients: Pulsatilla 8X, Allium cepa 6X, Arsenicum album 8X, Nux vomica 6X, Euphrasia officinalis 6X, Sabadilla 6X, Sticta pulmonaria 6X, Aralia racemosa 6X, Cuprum metallicum 8X.
Non medicinal ingredients: Purified water, sorbitol, banana flavor, sodium benzoate, potassium sorbate, citric acid.
Warnings: Do not use if seal is broken. Consult a healthcare practitioner if symptoms worsen or persist for more than 5 days or in cases of high fever. Do not exceed recommended dosage. Keep out of reach of children. Keep at room temperature.

I actually used this on my baby when he had a cold and we didn't have anything else in the house. I read the ingredients and what symptoms they help and since allergies and a cold both have a lot of the same symptoms like nasal congestion etc.. I gave it to him and it really helped so I imagine with allergies it would help.
