Found this an excellent product to help me stop smoking. I don't use very many but find that when I go places where others are smoking if I have one of these I find I fit in and don't desire the real things. Thanks for all the help ....

This product does help..but the way it burns really bothers me..it doesn't burn like a normal cigarette which makes it messier to smoke for me.

Excellent product if your mind is made up to want to quit. They are great to use while detoxing from the nicotine but one should give themselves a timeline to throw away the herbal cigs as well. By continuing to smoke them, is giving yourself the permission to stil do the hand to mouth thing as well as inhale and exhale and that is what you are trying to omitt. They worked for me and I have been smoke free for 14 yrs now. I only used them for 2 weeks.

These heral cigarettes are awful, they smell bad,burn fast taste awful , having said that they did exackly what I wanted them to, they reinforced the decision for me to stay quit of nicotine. I have been quit for a year and was really "wanting" a cigarette, I tried these instead, believe me if you have quit smoking these will remind you why you quit in the first place.Do not expect a cigarette experience with these, there is NO tobacco and NO nicotine in them. This is a decent product if you are trying to quit smoking, however, it does not replace a cigarrette at all. It doesnt taste the same, it smells weird and does not provide the same affect. With that being said, it is perfectly smokable, if your on the patch or other medication it provides the comfort of holding a cigarette.

Excellent product if you are trying to quit smoking and great for easing off the pressure o not being able to light up. With these, you can still light up while you are trying to quit and enjoying the relaxation of it. I am on the patch and am enjoying a herbal cigarette at the same time. Would recommend these to anyone trying to quit smoking.

Yeah they taste bad and smell awful but you get used to it; thats not to say people around you will, though. Still they are cigarettes!

The most disgusting thing I've ever smoked. I wasn't expecting it to taste that great, but I wasn't expecting it to taste THAT bad. Strong fishy taste/odor that made me ill within a few puffs. Will only use when very desperate.

i bought these with a total open mind about them, well, they are just aweful, the smell does not go away and lingers, i can't stomach tham at all, i could not smoke more than one of these and they all got tossed

The only product of its find, it will depend how everyone will rate this product according to how they approached it. This is the Sort of thing you're looking at with these:
1) I have quit cold turkey and will need something to hold onto for those high risk situation such as social smoke breaks
2) Emotional loss management. Being able to take time out and go for that smoke break ritual. ex. Lighting up and going for a walk
The taste isn't great... but hey cigarettes didn't taste great when we first tried them either. It is an acquired taste. . . You will need some effort to acquire this one too.

I decided to divide my cigarette addiction into two addictions - the nicotine addiction, and secondly, the ritual of smoking. I knew from past attempts to quit, that it was the ritual of smoking that tended to trigger me most - the times when I would always light up, like on my way to work, and just before lunch and just after, etc. I decided to go on the patch, but first, I wanted to find some nicotine-free cigarettes. My plan was to smoke herbal cigarettes at the same time as being on the patch, so that I could put off addressing the addiction to the ritual to a later time - once the nicotine addiction was broken. I found Well.ca on the internet, and found what I was looking for - herbal cigarettes. Using them as I had planned, I am cigarette-free at this time. I feel great about my experience using this product. It made this attempt to quit much less stressful than past attempts - it felt easier to take it on by breaking it down this way.
