We use this product every night to prevent allergy symptoms for our 18 month old daughter. This product was recommended by our immunologist, and it works great. The removable cap is handy for santizing, and it works great in any position.
The stream is gentle enough for my daughter's delicate nasal tissue. Will continue to buy this product again and again.

Actually my little girl loves it. It's so funny that when her nose is runny or blocked up, we get out the spray and her eyes just light up, no joke! She also likes the salty taste (of the spray not the boogies). I use this spray in connection with the nasal aspirator, and works like a charm! Love it and has also lasted a long time.
