A new first-line topical gel treatment developed by dermatologists for excessive sweating. It has a polymer base which is less irritating on sensitive skin than alcohol based solutions.
It is easy to use and is non perscription.

This works! Finally something that helped me with my excessive perspiration. I was very self-conscious about my sweating and everything else that comes along with it. I can now say that I no longer have that problem. Definitely better than Drysol - less irritating; still, you want to make sure not to apply after shaving. It sometimes gives me the itches - nothing a good scratching can't cure and something I can live with as long as I don't sweat like crazy anymore.

Love this product! I used Drysol for a while but it was extremely irritating and ruined my pajamas. Hydrosal is less irritating and after I only have to use it a few times a month.

This product is amazing, I've been using it for 2 years now and it hasn't gotten any less effective. It could be 40 degrees outside and I would be sweating from everywhere but my armpits. The first week you use it is really uncomfortable, but now I apply it every 2 days, and like others said, definitely don't shave the day you use it or else you will regret it.

Works really well for the but it stings and itches pretty bad. I had to lower my concentration of aluminum chloride though- I assume I'll build up a tolerance. I am currently using Perspirex(10% concentration) which I bought off the shelf at the drugstore and I plan to move on to Hydrosal in a few weeks/months. Perspirex doesn't itch or burn almost at all (only a little bit if you don't follow the instructions closely).
Be sure to dry the area really really well before applying and after (use a hairdryer if you can) and DO NOT use after shaving. Stick to applying only where hair grows too.

This product works great, so far. I hope I don't build up an immunity to it through time. I was first introduced to hydrosal through a dermatologist and is far superior to other products.

My teenage daughter has tried many products to control her excessive underarm perspiraton and this is the only product that works. She does have to use it every day, though, and has found it to be a little less effective over time.

Works well in controlling the excessive sweats. I find that I need to use this every other 2 days. A great product without the harsh alcohol and dries quickly with no mess.

This product actually works quite well. It keeping my drippy pits under control. I wished this was available during my embarrassing highschool and university days, but at least I'm cover.

I suffered for so long, trying every thing people told me to use. Only this product gave my the dignity that I was looking for. Some times I use it only ones a month... try it.

This product is amazing. It really works. I'd tried ever single other brand on the market and had resorted to only wearing black and white tops because I sweat alot. After less than a week, it's totally under control and now I can use just regular anti-perspirant most days and use this before bed one or two nights a week. It was a little irritating the first time used, but then no problems after the first time. Love this stuff!
