Hydrosone is used to temporarily relieve minor skin irritations with itching and redness due to eczema, dermatitis, insect bites, poison ivy, poison oak, poison sumac, soaps, detergents, cosmetics, and jewelry. It is also used to treat acute and chronic skin eruptions that are responsive to corticosteroids and require anti-inflammatory, anti-allergenic and anti-itching activity.

This product didn't seem to help at all with my eczema, It does moisturise your skin but it also leaves it very oily feeling.
