Oh my gosh. Loved it. I love coconut, but this was creamy tasting with crispy edges. My family (including two toddlers) cracked the bag open when we got it in the mail. Will buy again for sure.

I used the toasted coconut in place of the regular coconut in baking my oatmeal cookies (amatuer/hobby baker) and was extremely pleased with the outcome. The roasted flavour was noticeable and delicious and added oomph to an already great cookie.

Amazing product! Toasted coconut is delicious, a bit crispy and naturally sweet. I love adding it to my trial mix with other nuts, seed and dried fruit. It might be good in baking too, but it's so perfect for eating straight out of the bag I never have any left for baking :)
