I first bought this to take a little off the middle for a high school reunion, and then went on a maintenance program with it. I have found that it is keeping me quite regular, where I was not at all before, without any gas which I have had with other fibre supplements! I would recommend this for slimming a little for a special occasion, but working up to a full dose rather than taking the whole dosage right away in the program. Then afterwards, cutting down slowly to keep things "moving along". :-)

I found that this is a very bad internal cleanser. I used it for 5 days and since the second day I used it,I developed constipation problem. I wasn't be able to go to the washroom for 4 Days! until I stopped using it. I gained 1 pound even though I followed the diet and exercise program. I will never buy it again.
