im sure its really good for your body and all but i personally couldn't even drink it fully because of the taste, the only way i could drink it (forced myself because of how much it costs) was by only adding half to the water at a time so that you could barely taste it, the taste was horrible and for me even had an alcoholic taste to it which was gross. it was a disappointment because i love green tea.
