These are not great at all. They don't even work. I've been taking the recommended dosage and I get NO boost in energy. I can nap right after taking them. No joke, after taking them for about 3 weeks I started taking them before bed so I can sleep quicker. I bought them after a recommendation for a friend so maybe it's just me but these absolutely did not work. And, they taste gross when swallowing them and the package gave me 3 cuts on my fingers somehow. Waste of money for me.

All I can say is it is AMAZING. I've been taking it for about 2 weeks now, without any change in diet/exercise (I already exercise 4 times a week, and eat relatively healthy) and I've lost 8 pounds. These pills are AWESOME! They don't make me jittery (and honestly I am the most caffiene-sensitive person so I was expecting to be off the walls! but really, it's just a nice energy boost. You can definitely FEEL like you've taken something, it's like your mood enhances and you just have more energy.... these are especially great in the morning. I take two with my toast and a full glass of juice and never experienced any stomach issues or nausea, so I guess as long as you eat/drink with it, you'lll be fine.
I would recommend these to ANYONE! no side effects whatsoever, helps with weight loss, INEXPENSIVE, and just all around a great product! I'll be buying these again and again for sure.
