Tasty way to up your vitamin D levels. I went to the doctor because I felt like I couldn't get enough air, he did tests and my vitamin D levels came back low. Bought these and within a couple days I was feeling back to normal.(maybe placebo effect, but I didn't care because i felt better finally) Only problem is that the kids won't stop pestering me because they want one too.
