As with all Jennie products the Omega 3 Jennies cans are gluten, lactose, casein, and nut free. This is the same formulation used in the Omega 3 Energy bars produced in the traditional shape of our macaroons and packed in the Jennies 8 oz canisters. Two macaroons contain 630 mg of Omega 3 in each serving. Our Omega 3 macaroons come in 3 varieties: coconut, almond and chocolate.

I tried Jennies Macaroons for a few reasons. One, I'm crazy about coconut. Two, I was looking to increase my Omega 3 intake and three, I have been trying to cut back on wheat filled yummy things. I have to admit I wasn't expecting much when I ordered these, but I gotta say they are quite spectacular for what they are. Such a nice treat after dinner or for a snack when you need a pick-me-up, but without all the guilt. Delicious. I have just ordered a different flavour!
