Suggested Use:

• Dietary supplement: 1 heaping teaspoon (5 grams), mixed into juice or water.
• Loading dose: 1 serving 4 times daily for 5 days. If body weight is greater than 225 pounds, take 1 heaping teaspoon 5-6 times daily for 5 days.
