This is the only thing I have ever given my 9 month old. Everything from stomach craps, teething pain and "atomic" hiccups. The gripe water works awesome as well, but I found the drops just as effective, Often I don't even need to use a full dosage in order to settle him. GREAT PRODUCT!!

Love this product and has saved me several times! My boys both loved taking it because it made them feel better very quickly. There are many other more advertised brands that I tried with no success till I found this! A very small amount to take in comparison to the gripe water which is another plus!

I know some mom's who swear by gripe water - but my daughter won't even take a drop of this. It smells so strongly of black licorice. Couldn't even get her to take much of it-so can't comment on how it actually works. Tried the alcohol kind too-she wouldn't' take that either.
