This stuff is amazing!!! Whenever I get a breakout i put this on and it's cured, as in completely gone, within the next 2 days. I had an afwul breakout on my nose from a concealer i was using. I used this every day at night after cleansing my skin and soon it was completely clear. Becuase of this my skin has never been better, i dont even need to use a foundation anymore! Be warned though, this is NOT, i repeat NOT for people with sevre acne. I have very clear skin and this only works for the occasional breakout. It won't cure anything but a few little pimples. Overall an amazing product though! Even though the price is a little steep, its well worth it!

Same as with previous reviewer ("N") I have hormonal acne and I, too, I bought mine at a drugstore confident it would work because of the brand reputation. It just made my breakout worse.

I purchased this once from a drugstore. I am a fan of La Roche Posay products. When I started developing hormonally induced acne I looked at this product. I read the ingredients and thought it would be great. My skin however did not agree. I literally got a scab from using this product as directed. I have dry skin and cystic acne. I imagine this formula was made for stereotypical 'tough' oily skin superficial acne. However if your skin is tough and not sensitive and your acne close to the surface - this product may be strong enough to actually work for you. I don't recommend it for anyone with sensitive skin.
