Effaclar Gel purifies oily and acne-prone skin without drying effects thanks to cleansing agents rigorously selected to insure good tolerance. It eliminates impurities and excess sebum, leavin skin clear and refreshed. With Soothing La Roche-Posay thermal spring water- pH 5.5. Soap-free, Colorant-free, Alcohol-free, Paraben-free.
Indications:
Oily skin with blemishes and/or undergoing dermatological treatment.
Properties:
- Gently cleanses the skin.
- Improves the condition of the skin and helps eliminate excess sebum.
- Produces a light foam.
- Easy to rinse off.
Results:
Thoroughly cleansed and purged of impurities, the skin is prepared to receive application of other skincare products.
Dosage:
Use every morning and evening. Wet your hands, then take a small amount of gel and work up a lather. Apply to the face, massaging gently. Rinse well with water.

I can't say enough good things about this product!!! My skin recently experienced a breakout (due to stress!!!!) and my regular foam wash (also from LaRoche) just wasn't enough to help keep the pH balance, so I read about this cleanser and decided to give it a try. To my surprise this product was exactly what I needed. It's an amazing cleanser that leaves the skin fresh, soft and CLEAN! I no longer have active acne. This is a definite keeper!

Bought this for my daughter, who has very sensitive but oily skin.
It cleans without stripping her skin, rinses off very easily, so it is good for use during winter too.

I have used other LaRoche-Posay products but this is the first time using this cleanser. I love the rose water smell and how clean my face feels after using it. Definitely recommend it.

This is a very effective product. I don't have blemishes/oily skin but I use this a couple of times a week, depending on what my skin has been through. It deep cleans without drying. and I use only a small amount every time. I will purchase it again once I finish what I have now. I like this product a great deal.
