My toddler has keratosis pilaris in the arms and this cream makes it go away. He also has a tendency to have some eczema spots and Lipikar makes them disappear since the first application. I also wash him with lipikar shower cream.
This is a great product and it really works!!

This balm is amazing. I've tried so many other brands but this one really calms the skin, absorbs nicely and not only hydrates but helps in reconstructing the damaged dry irritated skin. It does not say for face, but because my problem is in a couple of areas in my face, I use it at night as an intensive moisturizer. The best is that I don't break out. This company LRP is well known for making products that don't make you break out. I also hightly recomend using this along with thermal/mineral water spray from either LRP, Avene or Evian.
