The Amerindians were the first to use the black cohosh to treat gynecological ailments, rheumatism and migraines.
Uses:
• Relieve premenstrual symptoms and pain associated with menstruation.
• Relieve symptoms of menopause such hot flashes, perspiration and insomnia.
• Relieve nervous tension.
• Can also relieve muscular and joint pain linked to afflictions such as rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis and fibrositis, and pain linked to neuralgia (for example: sciatica)
DOSAGE : Adult: 5 ml per day. Can be dilute in a juice or a glass of water.
USING TIPS FROM OUR NATUROPATH : Black cohosh is very bitter. Diluting it in a glass of fruit juice or water is therefore highly recommended.
MEDICINAL INGREDIENTS : Per 5 ml:
Black cohosh, root (Actaea racemosa), 1000 mg
NON-MEDICINAL INGREDIENTS : Purified water.
*Contains no dairy, wheat, gluten, yeast or corn.
PRESERVATION : Contains no preserving agent. To avoid contamination of the product, do not drink directly from the bottle and consume within four weeks after opening. Keep refrigerated after opening.
CAUTIONS AND WARNINGS : Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you are breastfeeding or if you have a liver disorder or develop symptoms of liver trouble. Consult a health care practitionner if symptoms persist or worsen.
