Alcohol free, Digest is a knowledgeable mix of 5 traditional medicinal plants composed to help digestion. The plants that make up Digest possess complimentary properties, to treat a large number of digestive problems.
Blessed thistle: Tonic and bittersweet. Soothes stomach pains.
Ginger: Antinauseant, soothes diverse digestive upsets linked to indigestion. Reduces the heavy feeling of bloating, stimulates slow digestion, relieves intestinal cramps.
Peppermint: Relieves gastro-intestinal and biliary cramps, reduces gas, sooths gastritis and enteritis.
Boldo: Digestive stimulant, helps to expulse intestinal gases.
Gentian: Prevents nausea, stimulates the production of bile
DOSAGE : Adult: 10 ml per day or when needed. Can be diluted in a juice or a glass of water. Take preferably 15 to 60 minutes before meals. Or, take Digest as a tea. Digest may be used as an emergency treatment or as a cure over a couple of days.

Boldo, leaf (Peumus boldus Molina ), 150 mg dry herb (in 10 g 1:66,7 extract)
Gentian, root (Gentiana lutea L.), 100 mg dry herb (in 10 g 1:100 extract)
NON-MEDICINAL INGREDIENTS : Vegetable glycerin, citric acid.*No added sugar, aroma or coloring agents. No preservatives. No allergenics (gluten, wheat, dairy products, yeast, corn).
