I like these as bars a lot. There is only three ingredients and they keep me full until I'm ready to sit down to a proper healthy meal. Great for on the go. I keep them in my purse, car etc. Avoid the temptation of the drive through when that hunger strikes. :)
Being allergic to almonds, hazelnuts, walnuts, soy, chocolate, and a few raw fruits (apples, pears, kiwis, cherries, etc.). This (along with the cashew one) is almost the only collation bar I can eat! They are good (I wouldn't say delicious, but still very satisfying), provide an interesting protein/sugar ratio for people having problems with their blood sugar (I have hyperinsulinism), and are very handy to have around when you need a quick snack.
