Simple to use and accurate. I recommend this product. I would also like to be able to plug USB cable to transfer readings to my computer.

Simple to use, quick and easy readout, quite consistent with the doc's office, basically all you want in a home monitor. Only very minor niggle which they do warn you about is that it doesn't do well with rechargeable batteries. It's a shame, but likely the current drain of the motor throws the voltage curve of the battery and it looks dead right away. Other than needing the alkaline batteries, it's a top notch quality machine. Average and readback memory is excellent as well. Being able to plug a USB cable into it and pull the readings to your computer would be the perfect unit with a more enviro-friendly battery setup.
