I love that you do not have to use a bra at night although something I feel quite engorged in the morning because I am naturally leaking and my baby is only two mouths I am sure this will stop shortly. The instructions said they might need to replaced after two months witch for the price I hope not (I only have had them for two weeks so far.)

i love them! no need for a bra at night any longer. they wash easily with dish soap.
the only thing that i'm not completely sure about is if they were responsible for a milk-blister i developed.
according to studies those pads reduce the risk for blocked ducts tremendously. maybe i was the freak case.
anyway... those are great and i wish i bought them earlier. i continue to wear them at night and stick to disposables and bamboo pads for the day to avoid another blister, in case i'm prone to those.
