Directions:
Before brushing, rinse full strength for 60 seconds with 15 ml (1/2 fluid oz. or 3 teaspoonfuls) once in the morning and once at night.. Do not swallow. Do not use more than 2 times a day. Results expected at 12 weeks. Results may vary.

Warnings:
Do not use in children under 12 years of age. Keep out of reach of children. If more than used for rinsing is accidentally swallowed, get medical help or contact a Poison Control Center right away. If gum irritation occurs, stop use and consult a dentist.
