I bought 2 boxes at their warehouse sale so I only paid half the price - which I'm glad I did because I didn't get the results I was expecting. This was the first time I had a gloss applied to my hair so I can't compare with other brands or to a salon treatment. I have double-processed hair which isn't too damaged at all. This treatment only gave my hair a little shine - maybe .5x times more shinier than before the treatment. I didn't use the included conditioner because I wanted to see its results on its own. My hair does feel a bit softer - like after a light conditioning so I know something happened,
I did see a difference, but it was so minimal, I wouldn't buy it again - even at half-off. I'd pay $1-$2 tops.
