doesn't psysically plump....but is so glossy and sparkly that it does make your lips look bigger.
i like the texture...not super sticky like some lipglosses.

I'm not really sure how I like this product. I tried it in the 'Diva' shade, which was a nice colour, but I'm not sure it did all the 'Plumping' it said it would. It doesn't really give your lips that tingle, like some of the other plumping lip gloss does.
True to the description though, it was really shiney.
