WOW this stuff lasts all day and does't make your lips dry or flake! Goes on sheer'ish so not so thick that it looks like paint. LOVE it. I've bought this for years now and get compliments on how long it lasts! You kinda need makeup remover to reallly get it all gone but if you want something that lasts WOW this really does the job!

Great product! I have it in about 7 different colours. I always wear it when I'm going somewhere where I will be eating or drinking. Nothing worse than having a cup of tea or a glass of water and leaving lipstick stains behind. This goes on easily, and after a minute when you add the gloss, it looks perfect and stays that way. Easy to touch up on the go as the case is silver and acts like a mirror. Stays on and looks great! My very favourite lipstick. I've been using it for years.

This lipstick is truly amazing in terms of it's stayonabilitly! I have never been able to keep lipstick on before, but now...! I consider this a real find.

Lasts an incredibly long time! This is by far the best of the products with a similar application system. I just wish l'Oreal didn't discontinue my favorite color - 710 merlot!

Stays on! No colour on tissue except for the top coat residue. A bit drying when balm not applied.
I agree with post below: It does have the cracked lipstick look when smiling and bits do go your teeth after a while.
Still have to keep re-applying the top coat a lot because it is dry without it. Not too bad since I am used to applying lip balm after I eat.
Did try the Rimmel "doubled ended" ones and it came off on tissue and gloss was too sticky. My hair kept sticking to it.
Best product so far but have only tried two kinds. 3.5/5

Bought this last year. I too thought this was the best thing I ever found. After it sucked every bit of moisture out of my lips that would be humanly possible, I quickly changed my mind. Not only that, but once the top coat wears off, the undercoat winds up getting cracks in it every time you smile or have to stretch your mouth to yawn or eat something, which looks ever so good... NOT. This product is not worth the money. Rimmel has some similar products, double ended ones, which are much cheaper and much gentler on your mouth. And the undercoat remains flexible and spandex-like/vinyl-like once the top coat wears off. Meaning your lips still look like lips. Not like some hideous grimace on a halloween mask.
Regarding the 'mirror'......you call that a mirror? You could wind up painting the inside of your nostrils using that thing. It's nothing but sad and pathetic shiny plastic.
Give this stuff a pass.

Lasted the ENTIRE work day, through lunch, coffee, water, I had to wash it off at the end of my day. It was a bit dry, but a bit of gloss or more of the clear topcoat helped. Fab lipstick!

Hey Im Renee i bought a rose tatoo infalliable lipstick today at my pharmacy i put it on did a few things then got in the shower for 5 mintutes got out and my lipstick was still on only problem i tried the testers on my hand and i cant get it off lol

WOW, it lasts the whole day....through coffee's and eating! The color lasts true too! If you wait a couple minutes between the color application and the gloss you are set for the day! You just have to reapply the gloss or any favorite gloss you like - cause the color stays! It does not feel dry or flake or tight, just like your normal lips. I've been disappointed with other 'long last lipsticks' but this is an AMAZING product!

I have been looking for a stay put lipstick for a long time because I won't wear anything else. I have been disappointed on so many occasions trying different products.
It took me quite awhile to try this product for two reasons: I hate two step lip colour and I knew it was liquid.
Well, I am so thrilled I had to write a review just in case someone else like myself is looking for a stay put lipstick.
Yes, it does feel sticky while the first step (the colour) is drying. However, this is to be expected. I mean it is a stay put lipstick. But once you have waited the two minutes or so and apply the second step - I think my lips feel great.
Honestly, this lipstick stays put better than any lip stick I have ever used. I ate, drank, smoked, etc. and it stayed on for 9 hours. I am not kidding. AMAZING!
I purchased 'Grenadine' which is a nice darker reddish colour.

I have this in Crimson and the colour is true to its name - a beautiful, pigmented red! I recently wore it to a wedding and someone complimented me on how beautiful and perfect my lipstick looked. Of course, I had to whip out the lipstick to show off the great packaging (look, a mirror! look, the lipstick pops out here). I swore off long-lasting lipsticks years ago for being too drying and leaving me with an unattractive line around my lips, but this long lasting lipstick really lives up to its claims! I wouldn't wear it every day since it is a bit more drying than regular lipstick, but it's great for events or a night out when you don't want to worry about reapplying your lipstick every hour.

At long last...a name that truly characterizes a lip color! Infallible really is...infallible! And Fabulous. I will never need to search for a better lip color again. I once entered Macy's proclaiming loud enough for every sales person to hear, "I need a lip stick that won't rub off, withstands hours of smiling and a whole day of singing and talking (I teach elementary music). Only one lady stepped up to the plate and the expensive lip color I bought was disposed of the next week. Thanks so much, Loreal, for creating the best lip colors on the market!
