The Manic Panic Flash Lightning bleach kit was designed for pre-lightening hair before using Manic Panic cream semi-permanent hair colours. Everything you need to lighten you hair is in this kit. Please follow the instructions carefully. Tish and Snooky strongly recommend doing a strand test prior to application.

So easy to use and it gives you everything you need to bleach your hair i used it on the tips of my hair to dip dye it purple and pink and it worked like a dream. It is damageing but i dare you to find bleach that isn't so what can you do.

Easily the best bleach I've used on my hair. Takes most of the color out first try. Still bleach though - so damaging.

The best thing about this product is that you can mix what you need and save the rest. A box lasts me a long time because I only bleach my roots every few weeks. Definitely recommend this product
