Manitoba Harvest Hemp Seed Oil is one of nature's richest sources of Essential Fatty Acids and is a rich source of GLA. Hemp Seed Oil offers a good balance of Omega 6 to Omega 3 fatty acids, suitable for life long consumption.
Manitoba Harvest Hemp Seed Oil has a light green colour and a gourmet nutty flavour, a tasteful compliment to a variety of foods. It can be added to juices, smoothies, soups and sauces to create a rich creamy texture. Hemp Seed Oil is an excellent base for any salad dressing. You can substitute Hemp Seed Oil for other oils in recipes that are not heated above 176 C (350 F). Not recommended for frying.
Recommended Serving Size: 1-2 Tablespoons.

A good oil. I've had hemp seed oils that were VERY strong tasting and I couldn't even stomach them. This brand definitely has a milder flavor, though is still not as versatile as, say, a flax seed oil in flavor. I wouldn't add this to my maple syrup like I do flax seed oil. But it's also a healthier oil. LOVE it on salads, fresh veggies, toast. That kind of thing.
