I have thin, wavy hair that scrunches into curls fairly easily but isn't naturally "curly". I bought this product hoping that it would hold the scrunches better, but it clearly isn't designed to hold as much as to relax.
I've used this before with a perm, and it did exactly what it says it will do: define and soften curls and prevent frizz -- so the fault is not the product, but rather with my trying to get it to do something it wasn't designed to do, which is why I've given it a 4/5 rating. It's a great product.....just not for my particular hair type.
