Traditional Shortbread: Made the old-fashioned way by hand with pure ingredients: a special selection of flours, sugar, and butter, finished off with a sprinkling of sugar.

Chocolate Crunch Shortbread: Begins with butter, sugar, and flour. Pure milk chocolate chunks are added to the dough. The handmade cookie is then crowned with a large chunk of chocolate and finished with a dusting of icing sugar.

Dutch Chocolate Crunch Shortbread: Mary's Crunch Cookie enhanced with the addition of pure cocoa. The finished cookie combines dark and milk chocolate to create a bold chocolate flavoured cookie that is dark in appearance with a delicate texture. Crowned with a large piece of chocolate and finished with a dusting of icing sugar.
