Good, very thin, eyeliner. No good for lower lids, but easy to get the perfect thin line on upper lids.

I LOVE this eyeliner, and certain drugstores are no longer selling it, which makes me so angry! The precision that it offers it amazing, and it truely stays on for hours. My only criticism is that it doesn't last long and I have to replace it frequently. I am lost without this product- no other eyeliner compares.

I just purchased the Sapphire Glimmer and in all my years of using Eyeliners I have never been able to make such a perfect line. I can throw away the Q-Tips and this goes on easily and precise. A must for anyone that uses Eyeliners. Sammy

This is by far the best eye liner there is! It goes on smoothly, never smudges, and it is so easy to get a perfect bold line - thick or thin. TRY IT, YOU'LL LOVE IT!!
